UFI's Public Finance
Department is dedicated to providing comprehensive and innovative
financial consulting
services to cities, counties, redevelopment agencies and special
districts. The principal members of the firm have over 75 years
of combined experience in both public and private financings.
The firm, over the last decade, has served as financial advisor
and/or bond administrator for more that $3 billion
worth of tax exempt and taxable securities.
The firm has significant experience in the structuring
of tax allocation notes and bonds, mortgage revenue bonds, multi-family
housing bonds, water and sewer revenue bonds, Mello-Roos, assessment
districts, Mark-Roos, general obligation bonds, and certificates
of participation.
