Program Description

UFI serves as administrator and compliance agent on over 1100 affordable housing projects.

The bond administration staff works with developers and property managers to ensure compliance on multifamily bond issues. UFI reviews all occupancy reports and tenant certifications and communicates with the Issuer, Developer, Property Management company and Lenders regarding the compliance status of the projects. On-site audits are conducted as needed.
