Program Description
UFI serves as Administrator and Compliance Agent
on single family bond issues, mortgage credit certificate programs,
2nd trust
deed
programs including Mortgage Assistance and Fee-Assistance Programs.
The bond administration staff has both public
and private sector experience, including experience in residential
lending and real
estate sales.
The bond administration staff reviews all loan
packages for compliance on the home ownership programs. UFI communicates
with
the Issuer and lenders to keep them abreast of the availability
of funds. Our website can be used to obtain on-line loan
status for participating lenders. UFI uses a management information
system to streamline the administration/compliance process. Custom
reports can be provided as needed. We also prepare the quarterly
8330 IRS report for mortgage credit certificate programs.
