Program Description
UFI serves as administrator and compliance agent
for over 200 tax credit projects. The Compliance Administration
Staff is certified by the National Association of HomeBuilders
Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and the National
Compliance Professional Executive (NCP-Exec).
The Compliance Administration staff works with state allocation
committees, the developers, property management companies and
on-site property staff to successfully monitor compliance of
the Housing Credit Program. UFI will perform an on-site audit
to access the compliance of the Housing Credit Program requirements
for the project. The Compliance Administration staff provides
a Housing Credit Compliance Audit, with a detailed file audit
report, a Multifamily LIHTC Compliance Guide for each project
is also furnished.
